We work with specific Quality Parameters like the Quality Plan, Sampling Plan. The details are communicated to customers on regular basis. We follow the customer instructions and understand their requirement in total. We devise our quality control / quality assurance parameters and get the same approved from the customer if needed.

This communication with the customer enables us to develop the required rapport and confidence and understand the product, application as well as customer expectations. With our reverse engineering division, we simultaneously develop the quality plan as well while designing the product.
